Sneak Inside Some of the Best California Homes Part 3

How cute are these? I love the vibrant color of these silhouettes. So much more modern than black and white.

Here are a few other really cute touches in the kid’s rooms.

Makes me wish I had saved more of my boy’s shoes in different sizes to make this. But considering I have to buy them new shoes every couple of months since they out grow them so fast I will be able to make this in no time.

I have so many things to say about this. First, check out that wall paper. It is so cool and modern and graphic. Mixed with the pink ikat linens and graphic pillows, it is a great combo. This would be a pretty easy look to achieve even on a budget.

In the Master bedroom one of my favorite features is the reading chair.

With all the modern sleek touches in this home, I love that the designer threw in some traditional, even vintage touches.

But wait till you see this bath and shower. I mean the bath in the shower.

How could you ever decide? Bath or shower?

This is such simple touch in the bathroom. Wouldn’t it make you feel like you were walking into a spa if you had some pretty jars and an orchid in your bathroom?

Another example of graphic wallpaper. It is so popular now and if you are afraid to try it or make a big commitment or investment in it, a bathroom is a great place to start. You can also check out all the temporary wallpapers that are out there. A great choice for renters or commitment phobes!

And last but not least, the laundry room. I know you are probably thinking really, she’s going to show us another laundry room? Well, not really, I am going to show you the accessories in the laundry room. After al,l think about how much time you spend doing laundry. Shouldn’t it be a beautiful space too? So even if your laundry is in the garage like mine is. Pour your laundry soap into a pretty jar. Put a cute rug down. Spruce it up a bit so that laundry won’t be such a drag.
